Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - Richardson TX 2018
1,128 homes were sold in Richardson during 2018. That's 1% less that 2017. The average sales price was $323,214 an increase of 4% above the previous year. The median sales price rose 7% and reached $300,000. There were 1,169 pending sales and 1,501 listings during the year.

Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for December - Richardson TX
Richardson had positive sales numbers in December up 8%. Pending sales rose 3%. The average sales price fell 2% as did the median sales price. Looks like buyers were able to find properties at the right price. The number of new listings climbed 11% while the active listings jumped 42% as compared to last December. The increase in homes on the market really did not effect the months of inventory very much only raising it to 1.6 months. That's a very short supply!
