Plano joins list of nation's best bicycle-friendly communities
Cyclists begin their biking tour of Plano at the rear of a shopping center on Coit Rd in Plano. The city was one of 54 new and renewing Bicycle Friendly Community members. Richardson was chosen to the group in June.
