Single-Family:
Sales rose a whopping 25% in September as compared to a year ago. The average sales price increased 14% while the median sales price climbed 10%. Pending sales did drop 1%. The number of new listings increased 10% and the active listings were up 15%. Unfortunately these increases only caused the months of inventory to rise to 1.4 months still well short of the 6 months that is considered a balanced market. It's still very much a Sellers Market.
