Far North Dallas Residential Sales Report for March
Sales took a nice jump up of 33% in March. The average sales price increased 3% while the median sales price was flat. Pending sales fell 10%. Wouldn't read anything into to that. The number of new listings increased 14% and the active listings were up by 3%. This slightly raised the months of inventory to 1.9 months. With 6 months normally considered a balanced market, you can easily see that we are still very tilted to the sellers side.
