Garland TX Residential Sales Report for March
Sales were very good in Garland in March. Up 20%!. The average sales price increased 17% and the median sales price was also up 17%. Pending sales were flat. The number of new listings rose 1% while the active listings climbed 23%. The months of inventory now stands at a whopping 0.9 months. It's really tough for buyers!
