Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for June
No shortage of buyers here!
Sales were up a whopping 28% as compared to June of last year. The average sales price rose 13% while the median sales price jumped 15%.As with everywhere else the sales are concentrated in the upper price ranges due to the extreme shortage of homes for sale under $200,000. Pending sales increases 8%. The number of new listings climber 9% but with the large increase in sales, the active listings fell 6%. The months of inventory dropped to 1.1 months making it even more difficult for buyers to fins a home to purchase.
