Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September - Plano TX
Well the sales numbers for Plano were not bad up 3% but the pending sales were not good down 24%. Not good for October sales. The average sales price rose 7% while the median sales price climbed 2%. with declining sales, I don't know how long prices can increase. As in a number of other areas, The number of new listings declined. In Plano the number of new listings dropped 13%. The active listings increased by 22%. This number is a little misleading because it is a comparison to last September when the number of active listings were very low. The months of inventory rose to 2.8 months.
