Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for September - Wylie TX
As in most of the northers suburbs sales fell in Wylie in September by 13%. Pending sales came in flat. The average sales price was up 7% while the median sales price rose 9%. New listings jumped 23% while the active listings climbed 38%. The months of inventory increased to 2.8 months. This is still well below the 6 months that is considered a balanced market.
