Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October - Frisco TX
Home sales were down again in Frisco. October saw a 16% decline. Pending sales were even worse off by 20%. November sales are not looking good. The average sales price did rise 6% while the median sales price climbed 2%. New listings fell by 9%. The number of active listings increases 11% taking the months of inventory to 3.5 months. with 6 months considered a balanced market, we are still tilted to the Seller side.
