Dallas Area Residential Sales Report - Far North Dallas 2018
There we 1,039 home sales in Far North Dallas a decrease of 5% as compared to 2017. The average sales price rose 4% to $518,858 while the median sales price was up 3% to 444,000. Pending sales came in down 4% to 1,083 units. There were 1,567 new listings during the year. A 6% increase.
