Richardson TX Residential sales Report for April

Sales were up!
Single-Family:

Sales were up by 19% in April compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 20% while the median sales price climbed 16%. Pending sales rose 5%. the number of new listings showed a small increase of 1% but the active listings declined by 1%. If your are looking for a home in Richardson below $200,000, your choices are very limited. Just before I started writing this post I checked the MLS and there are 6 homes for sale under $200,000. The months of inventory now stands at 0.9 months.

Sales: 120
Average Sales Price: $275,912
Median Sales Price: $248,500
Pending Sales: 114
New Listings: 146
Active listings: 88
Months of Inventory: 0.9
