Garland TX Residential Sales Report for February
Sales were down 12% in Garland for February. Garland has one of the smallest inventories in the area and it is very difficult for buyers to find some thing to purchase. The average sales price increased 8% and the median sales price took a big jump up of 16%. This is an indication of the sales being skewed to the upper price ranges. Pending Sales rose a stank 1%. The number of new listings increased by 13% and the active listings by 8%. However, this only increased the months of inventory to 0.7 months.
