Wylie TX Residential Sales Report for September
Sales in September in Wylie were up 9% as compared to this time last year. The average sales price rose 6%. The median sales price climber 10%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price rages. Pending sales showed a 5% increase. The number of new listings fell 13% while the active listings were up 45%. The months of inventory increases to 2 months. There is very little to chose from if you are a buyer in Wylie.
