Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for October - Garland TX
Well, sales were flat in the Garland area in October as compared to last October. Unfortunately, pending sales declined 18% so November is not looking good. The average sales price increased 3% while the medians sales price rose 2%. The number of new listings climbed 3%. Active listings jumped 42%. This is a misleading number because last year listings were extremely low. The months of inventory gives a much better picture of supply. It now stands at 1.9 months.
