Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March - Far North Dallas

Home sales took a real hit in Far north Dallas in March! down 33%. Pending sales showed a glimmer of hope with a 4% increase. The average sales price jumped up 13% as sales were skewed to the upper price ranges. Pending sales only climbed 1%. The number of new listings increased 4% while the active listings rose 32% taking the months of inventory to 3.2 months.
