Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March - Wylie TX
Wylie fell in line with most of the norther suburbs with home sales down 14% in March. Pending sales also showed a decline down 11%. not a good sign for April. The average sales price rose 8% while the median sales price jumped 17%. Looks like the homes that did sell where concentrated in the upper price range and messed up these numbers. The new listings declined 4%. No help there. Active listings were 21% higher that last March. The months of inventory is now at 2.1 months. Not really much supply.
