Sales were off by 1% in Wylie for June. The average sales price increased by 1% while the median price was up by 8%. Pending sales fell by 13%. I am assuming at this point that this decline is due to the inability of buyers to find homes to purchase. New listings were up by 8% while the active listings climber by 21%. The number of builders new homes listings in MLS in Wylie is around 41%. It looks like some of the increase in listings came from builders.Sales: 135
