Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March - Garland TX
Home sales in Garland fell 7% in March compared to the same period last year. Pending sales were however up 4%. The average sales price increased 3%. The median sales price rose 5%. New listings rose a healthy 29%. Active listings were up 70% compared to last March when listings were extremely low. The months of inventory tell the real supply number and it is at 1.6 months. 6 months is considered a balanced market so you can see we are still very much in a sellers market in Garland.
