Dallas Area Residential Sales Report for March - McKinney TX
March saw a 13% decline in homes sales in the McKinney area. Pending sales were a little better only off 4%. The average sales price fell 2%. Median sales price was up 1%. The number of new listings declined 9%. Not much help! The active listings rose 18% as compared to last March when inventories were lower. The months of inventory is now sitting at 3 months half way to a balanced market.
