From Sept. 18 to 20, Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve, 2801 E. Spring Creek Parkway, will host thousands of spectators and dozens of balloon pilots – not to mention more than 100 merchandise vendors, food concessionaires and sponsor booths – for the 36th-annual Plano Balloon Festival.
