Single-Family: Sales jumped 41% in October as compared to a year ago. The average sales price climbed 12% while the median sales price rose 10%. Pending sales were up by 19%. New listings increased by 5% while the number of active listings jumped 41%. The months of inventory increased to 1.7 months, Still a very short supply.
