Sales were up and pending sales took a big leap!
Single-Family:
Sales took a jump of 19% in December while pending sales increased a whopping 33%. Looks like January will be a good month! The average sales price rose 5% while the median sales price doubled that to 10%. As in other areas the sales are in the upped price ranges. New listings fell 9% but the active listings climber by 15% increasing the months of inventory to the gigantic number of 1.3 months. 6 months is considered a balanced supply so you can see how difficult it is for buyers.
