Lake Highlands/NE Dallas Residential Sales Report for January

No change! It's still a Seller's Market
Single-Family:
Sales were off by 3% as compared to this time last year whoever, pending sales increased an enormous 86%! The average sales price rose 12% while the median sales price increased by 5%. As has become the norm, sales were concentrated in the upper price ranges.
There was a 37% increase in the number of new listings but this only caused the active listings to rise by 2%. The months of inventory remained flat at 1.4 months.

Average Sales Price: $329,282
Median Sales Price: $307,500
Pending Sales: 78
New Listings: 89
Active Listings: 93
Months of Inventory: 1.4
