Sales were off slightly but pending sales took a huge jump
Single-Family:
Sales in February declined by 3% as compared to this time last year but pending sales jumped up by 86%. The average sales price rose 12% while the median sales price increased by 6%. The number of new listings took a nice rise of 37% and the active listings increased by 2% but the increase in pending sales sucked up the addition supply leaving the months of inventory flat at 1.4 months.
