Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for June

Single-Family:

Sales were off by 19% for the month of June as compared to the same time last year. Sales were down because buyers can not find homes to purchase due to the extremely low inventory. The average sales price rose 4% and the median sales price was up by 9%. Pending sales increased 1%. The number of new listings dropped 14% and the active listings were flat. The months of inventory now stands at 1.3 month. The Carrollton/Farmers Branch area is in high demand and has one of the lowest supplies of home in the area.
