Single-Family:
Sales increased by 8% in June. The average sales price rose 13% while the median sales price climbed 10% as compared to last year. Pending sales were up by 11%. We did see a jump of 10% in the number of new listings and a 25% increase in the active listings. While its good to see more inventory coming on line, these increased only took the months of inventory to 2 months.
