Sales remain strong!
Single-Family:
Richardson remains one of the hottest markets in the area. All tho sales were off by 1% in June it looks like a couple of sales were just delayed for some reason because pending sales jumped 18%. July should be another good month. The average sales price was up 10% and the median sale price rose 19%. The number of new listings increased by 1% while the active listings declines by 10%. The months of inventory is at 1 month.
