Single-Family:
Sales in Allen bucked the trend and were up by 8% in July. The average sales price rose 4% while the median sales price increased by 8%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price ranges. Pending sales were up a slight 1%. The number of new listings fell 19% while the active listings declined 7%. These declines caused the months of inventory to fall to 1.9 months. It's even more a Seller's Market in Allen.
