Dallas Area: Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for july

Single-Family:

Sales were down 9% in Carrollton/Farmers Branch in July. not as bad as some areas. The average sales price rose 9% while the median sales price climbed 7%. Pending sales fell 11% so we can anticipate the August will also be a down month. The number of new listings declined 18% but the active listings rose 8%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.1 months. That's still very much tilted to the Seller's side.
