Sales were down 6% in the Frisco area for July The average sales price increased by 3% and the median sales price rose 4%. A shining ling in the declined 6% while the active listings jumped was the pending sales number, Unlike many other areas that saw pending sales declines, in Frisco the number was just flat.. New listings declined 6% while the active listings jumped up 29%. The months of inventory now stands at 2.6 months.
