Single-Family:
Sales really took a drop in Wylie for July. Off 21%! The average sales price was up by 14% as was the median sales price. Pending sales only declined 13% but that still means that August sales will not be positive. The number of new listing fell 7% while the active listings declined 21%. The months of inventory dropped to 1.5 months. The shortage of inventory is causing the decline in sales as buyers just can not find a property to purchase.
