Single-Family:
Sales were up a strong 15% in September as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 23% and the median sales price jumped 20%. Pending sales fell 13% so next months sales may be off. The number of new listings increased 3% but the active listings declined 25%. There is now a 1 month supply of home on the market.
