Single-Family:
Well, as in other areas, sales were off in October. In Plano they were down 13%. The average sales price continued to rise up 5% while the median sales price took a jump of 12%. There were 4 sales of $1,000,000 plus properties in October and that effected the median price. Pending sales dropped 19% so November sales will probably be down. The number of new listings fell 21% but the active listings rose 11%. The months of inventory is now at 1.8 months. 6 months is considered a balanced supply.
