Single-Family:
Sales were down a slight 1% in September as compared to the same time last year. The average sales price rose 13% and the median sales price climbed 17%. Sales are concentrated in the upper price ranges and are dominated by the sale of new homes. As of this writing there were exactly 9 homes for sale in Wylie under $200,000. Pending Sales took a hit down 16%. The number of new listings was flat while the active listing fell 13%. This dropped the months of inventory to 1.6 months.
