Well Allen sales certainly did not disappoint. Sales were up by 33%. The average sales price climbed 12% while the median sales price rose 11%. Pending sales also showed a nice increase of 20% so it looks like December will be a good month. The number of new listings dropped 4% but the active listings increased by 7%. The months of inventory remains unchanged at 1.4 months.
As of the date of writing this post there is 1 home listed in Allen under $200,000.
About 30% of the MLS listings are builders new homes. The average listings price is about $600,000.
