Single-Family:
Frisco joined a number of the other areas with a large increase in sales. In Frisco's case sales were up 36%.
The average sales price was up 2% while the median sales price increased 3%. Pending sales declined 1%. The number of new listings rose 27% and the active listings jumped up 33%. There is now a 2 month supply of homes for sale. It's still a Sellers Market!
The lowest priced home currently on the market in Frisco is $285,500.
About 44% of the homes listed in MLS are builders new homes with a median list price of $530,000.
