Plano Texas Single-Family Home Sales Report for November
Sales were up sharply in Plano rising 17% as compared to November of last yaer. The average sales price continues it's march higher with a small 1% gain but the median sales price jumped 10%. Has several high priced sales that pulled the median up. Pending sales were up only 1% so December looks kind of iffy. The number of new listings rose 23%. Haven't seen that kind of increase in a long time. The active listings also had a nice increase of 15%. While it's good to see more inventory on the market, the months of inventory only increased to 1.6 months leaving us still very much in a Sellers Market.

Average Sales Price: $353,465
Median Sales Price: $330,500
Pending Sales: 275
