Single-Family:
Sales were up a strong 18% in November as compared to last November. The average sales price jumped 20% while the median sales price rose 17%. Pending Sales fell 18%. The active listings increased 2% but this only took the months of inventory number to 0.9 months. It's a Sellers Market.
FYI As of this writing, the lowest priced property on the market in Richardson is $175,000 and there are 74 single-family homes listed for sale in MLS.
