Single-Family:
Well after Novembers huge jump of 26% in sales, December slowed down. Sales were up 3% as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 8% while the median sales price increased 10%. Sales continue to be concentrated in the upper price ranges. Pending sales fell 2%. Would not read anything in to that. New listings increased 1% but the active listings fell 1%. The months of inventory dropped to 1.9 months. We are even more tilted to favor the Seller!

Pending Sales: 6,073
New Listings: 6,172
Active Listings: 16,401
