Single-Family:
Sales were up a very nice 29% in The Far North Dallas area in December. The average sales price rose 7% as compared to last December. The median sales price was flat. Pending sales declined 3%. would not read anythings into that. The number of new listings dropped 8% while the active listings fell 4%. The months of inventory is now at 1.6 months. With 6 months being a balanced market we are very tilted to the Sellers Side.
