Garland TX Residential Sales Report for November

Single-Family:

Sales increased a nice 18% in November as compared to last year. The average sales price rose 10% and the median sales price increased 14%. Pending Sales dropped off 11%. The number of new listings rose 12% but the active listings fell 10% causing the months of inventory to decline to 0.9 months. With the extremely low inventory, it's very difficult for buyers in this market.
