Prices just keep on Climbing!
Sales were up by 4% in February as compared to last February. The average sales price increased 12% and the median sales price also rose 12%. Pending sales fell 12%. Just some kind of a monthly blip. New listings increased 13% and the active listings climbed 7%. this caused the months of inventory to increase to a whopping 1.8 months. With 6 months considered a balanced supply, we are very much still tilted to the Sellers side.
