Richardson TX Residential Sales Report for February

Inventories continue to decline
Sales fell 4% in February as compared to the same time last year. However, pending sales were up 4% so it's just some gyration in the market. The average sales price increased 14% while the median sales price rose 11%. The number of new listings dropped 6% and the active listings took a nose dive. down 30%. The months of inventory fell to 0.6 months. It's very difficult for buyers in this market.
