Frisco TX Residential Sales Report for April
No sales slowdown in Frisco. In April sales were up 11% as compared to the same month last year. The average sales price increased 3% and the median sales price was up the same number. Pending sales rose 16% so we can anticipate the next months sales numbers will be up. The number of new listings increases 3% while the active listings were up 32%. This took the months of inventory up to 2.7 months. Until the months of inventory rises to 6 months, we will be in a sellers market.
