Richardson TX Residential Sales Report for June
Finally got an increase in inventory
June saw an increase in the number of new listings of 8% and an increase of 19% in the active listings as compared to last June, This increases the months of inventory to 1.3 months. This is the first time that the months of inventory number has been above 1 months in a long time. Richardson still has one of the lowest inventory levels in the area and well prices homes are in great demand. Sales in June were flat but the pending sales climbed 13%. Just some monthly gyration. The average sales price rose 1% while the median sales price fell 6%. Looks like there were a fewer sales in the upper price ranges for the month. Richardson is still very much a sellers market.
