Frisco sales jump
Frisco saw an 18% increase in residential sales in July as compared to a year ago. The average sales price rose 10% and the median sales price climbed 6%. There was a small decline of 4% in the number of pending sales. as in other areas we saw an increase in the number of new listings. In Frisco's case the new listings were up 9%. The active listing rose 31% taking the months of inventory to3.2 months. with 6 months considered a balanced market we are will short of that number and Frisco is still a Sellers Market.
