Frisco TX Residential Sales Report for September
Frisco sales in September were off by 4%. The average sales price was flat while the median sales price fell 2%. Things are slowing down. Pending sales increased 4%. Not sure what October is going to look like. The number of new listings rose 13% while the active listings jumped 35% as compared to last September. The months of inventory increased to 3.1 months. While this still puts us in a Seller's market, buyers do have more choices and are not in such a rush to make offers.
