Plano TX Residential Sales Report for September
Plano sales were down
Home sales in Plano were off by 75 in September as compared to last September. The average sales price continued it's upward march climbing 7% while the median sales price rose 11%. Pending sales were flat. Not sure what that means for October sales. The number of new listings declined 12.2 % but he active listings were 19% higher. The months of inventory now stands at 2.2 months. not a great number if you are a buyer.
