Carrollton/Farmers Branch Residential Sales Report for October
Sales took a sharp drop in October down 13% as compared to last October. The average sales price continued it's march upwards with a 17% increase while the median sales price rose 12%. Pending sales weren't any better down 19% so we can probably anticipated a negative sales number for November. The number of new listings fell 11% but the active listings rose 2%. The months of inventory now stands at 1.2 months. It's still very much a Seller's market!
