Frisco TX Residential Sales Report for October
Sales were off
Home sales in Frisco were down 1% in October as compared to the same time last year. The average sales price increased 2% while the median sales price rose 6%. Pending sales also came in at a negative 3%. Don;t know what that will mean for November sales. The number of new listings increased 6% and the active listings jumped up 32%. Unfortunately if you are a buyer, these increases only took the months of inventory up to 2.9 months. Still well short of the 6 months considered a balanced market. We are still very much in a seller's market.
